Is The Wheel Deal a retail or a wholesale company?
The Wheel Deal is retail company. We sell direct to public at discounted rates. We also welcome trade enquiries from tyre & wheel, paint & panel, mechanical and performance workshops.
How do I place an order?
You can either order online through our online store www.thewheeldeal.com.au which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year or you can shop in-store or by phone between 9am and 5pm weekdays (Eastern) or 9am to 1pm Saturdays on (03) 9729 2777.
How do I order a wheel & tyre package online?
Ordering a wheel & tyre package isn’t complicated. Once you have found the wheels you want to fit your make & model of vehicle, you will need to add your desired quantity to your shopping cart (usually 4). Continue shopping for tyres to suit your vehicle and the wheels you have chosen and add your desired quantity to your cart (usually 4). Now you have wheels and tyres in your cart to suit your vehicle. You are ready to checkout. You can request fitting & balancing (a FREE service) in the comments section of the checkout screen or alternatively, we will contact you either by phone or email to confirm your preferred option. ***Please note, tpms sensors & valves and genuine beadlock fitting is extra.
Will my wheel & tyre package come with accessories?
YES! All ALLOY wheel & tyre packages sold will ship with wheel nuts, hub rings (if required) and centre caps (steel wheels excluded). If you have opted to take advantage of our FREE Fitting & Balancing service, in addition to computer balancing, we also include standard valves and valve caps. TPMS valves & sensors and STEEL wheel accessories (wheel nuts, hub rings & centre caps) are sold separately.
Can I fit my wheel & tyre package myself at home?
YES! If you have opted to take advantage of our FREE Fitting & Balancing service, then we will provide everything required to fit your wheel & tyre package at home. It is as simple as if you were to change a flat tyre. Simply jack up the vehicle, remove the old wheel assembly and install your new wheel tyre package.
Can I order tyres only or wheels only?
YES! Many of our customers order tyres only or wheels only.
Do you have everything listed on your website in stock?
No. Our available range is so large that it would be simply impossible to carry everything in stock. We do carry a large stock holding, however, in instances where we do not have your items in stock our affiliate warehouses usually have stock available to us within a few business days. Stock that is not available in Australia at the time of ordering usually takes 10-20 weeks. If you are at all concerned about availability please contact us before placing your order.
What happens if there is a delay with my order?
Occasionally, there may be extended backorders on items or items will be completely sold-out. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and we will contact you immediately to notify you and give you the option to wait, choose an equivalent suitable item or to cancel the order and receive a full refund. If you are at all concerned about availability please contact us before placing your order.
Do you have a retail outlet?
Yes, we have a fully equipped workshop and showroom located in Boronia, Victoria and you are more than welcome to visit.
Do you carry other wheels & tyres not listed on your website?
YES! Whilst we list most of our inventory online, we can often supply other tyre & wheel brands at our usual low prices. Simply contact us to obtain a price & availability.
How do I choose the right product for my vehicle?
Our website is set up with a high level of information to help you choose the right product. We also understand though, that sometimes all that information can be a bit overwhelming. If you’re not confident in ordering straight off the website, feel free to contact us and one of our helpful staff will quickly and simply answer any questions you might have and will happily give advice on the best option for you and your vehicle. Why is my vehicle not listed on your website?
To keep a vehicle database of every vehicle make, model and variant is an impossible task. Whilst every effort is made to accommodate the majority of popular vehicles we appreciate that some vehicles will not be catered for in our extensive database. But that doesn’t mean that there are no wheel & tyre options available. If you find that your vehicle is not listed in our database, please contact us and one of our helpful staff will quickly advise the available options for your vehicle.
Why are there no products available for my vehicle?
Some vehicles present a challenge when it comes to fitting aftermarket wheels and tyres. In these instances we ask that you contact us and one of our helpful staff will quickly advise the available options for your vehicle.
What is "conservative fitment" and "aggressive fitment"?
Our package builder will sometimes offer the choice of "Conservative" or "Aggressive" Fitments. If you are looking for a legal, no fuss, no modifications required fitment for your vehicle we recommend choosing "conservative" fitment. If, on the other hand, you prefer a more aggressive stance, you aren't concerned about legality, or maybe you are building a custom vehicle and are prepared to perform some modifications to ensure tyre and wheel clearances - then choose "Aggressive" fitment for your vehicle. If you are at all unsure about fitment, we ask that you contact us and one of our helpful staff will quickly advise the available options for your vehicle.
Where do you freight to?
It doesn't matter if you're local to us or in metro or regional Australia, we can get your package to your doorstep FAST! Delivery to a commercial business address with a forklift onsite will often be the cheapest option. If you don't have forklift unload facilities, then a local Depot Delivery may be more economical. We also offer a premium home delivery option with a tailgate unload service for those seeking the full door-to-door experience. For those local to Boronia, Vic, we also offer Click & Collect.
How do I find out the cost of delivery?
For online orders, delivery charges are calculated automatically through the checkout process prior to final payment. If you simply want a freight quote but do not want to commit to a purchase you can still go through our simple checkout procedure to receive your freight quote. You will not be asked to provide any payment prior to receiving your quote. Alternatively, you can contact us for a free no obligation freight quote.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to prepare and process prior to dispatch once all goods are on-site. Freight may take 1-8 business days from the date of dispatch to delivery within Australia (location dependant). No Weekend Deliveries.

Will my order be covered by freight insurance?
All orders are covered by freight insurance. If items are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and do not fit, mount or use them.
Can I track my order online once it is despatched?
When items are despatched, your order will be updated with the name of the freight company and an online tracking number. You can follow your order as it moves around the country until it reaches its final destination.
What if my order is delivered and no-one is home?
In most cases, the freight company will contact you prior to delivery to confirm you are home. If the package is delivered and no-one is home to accept it, you will receive a calling card which will include instructions on retrieving your freight. This may attract further re-delivery charges.
How will my order be packaged?
Recent changes within the freight industry mean that all tyres, and packages containing tyres, must be packaged on a pallet or skid ready for despatch. For this purpose, we have custom made pallets designed specifically to handle both small and large wheel & tyre packages. Tyres-only and wheel-and-tyre orders are packaged with cell-air foam and cardboard to protect the face of the wheels (where applicable), then shrink wrapped and strapped to the pallet.
Orders for wheels-only are packaged in the original packaging as supplied by the manufacturer. This usually consists of an outer cardboard box, cell-air foam covering the face of the wheel, wheel ring and another piece of cardboard covering the face inside the box.
Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?
Yes, you can pick-up from our warehouse 6 days/week. Please call us on (03) 9729 2777 to book an appointment.
What payment options do I have?
We accept PayPal, Credit Card or ZIP.
Do you have a lay-buy program?
Yes, we offer a 90 day lay-buy option. Please contact us for more information. You will receive your items upon full final payment.

No, all orders must be payed in full prior to despatch.

Can I return my wheels if I change my mind?
Yes, Wheels can be returned for store credit up-to 30-days from receipt, provided they are still in original packaging, are undamaged and have not had tyres mounted. All wheel returns are subject to inspection by The Wheel Deal returns specialist. Only un-used product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return. Please test fit wheels on vehicle hub prior to mounting tyres. Wheels that are accepted for return will be credited for the full value of the wheels excluding any freight charges incurred in delivery and return. Re-stocking & freight recovery fees & charges will apply where wheels have been specifically ordered-in from our supplier to fulfill your order. In-Stock & backordered goods which have not yet shipped from the supplier to TWD are exempt. Special Air-Freight orders are non-refundable.
Can I return my tyres if I change my mind?

Do your products come with any warranty?
YES! All of our products come with substantial, local, factory backed warranties. All our products are warranted against manufacturing and structural defects for the life of the product.
